Flowrest
An Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Poland connecting nature, wellbeing, sustainability, creativity, and intercultural learning.
The exchange
Flowrest was an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange held near Elbląg, Poland, from 29 July to 7 August 2025. Around 25 young people explored the relationship between nature, mental and emotional wellbeing, sustainability, creativity, and intercultural connection.
My role
I served as Youth Leader of the Italian team and coordinated the mobility for the Italian sending organisation, One Hour for Europe. My responsibilities included supporting participant preparation, accompanying the group throughout the exchange, facilitating communication, and helping connect the learning experience with the sending organisation.
Learning in and from nature
The programme combined nature-based learning, personal reflection, storytelling, creative activities, and intercultural exchange. It encouraged participants to think about stress, emotional resilience, self-care, digital balance, and the role that natural environments can play in individual and collective wellbeing.
