The project
This online IVS4Life course ran from 16 to 20 June 2021. It was designed for people preparing to lead groups in International Voluntary Service.
What I developed
The programme covered team building, group processes, leadership, problem-solving, cross-cultural communication, reflection, and evaluation. Forum Theatre was used as a practical tool for exploring situations that group leaders may encounter.
