Take Off 2 Mobility in Heraklion — IAL Toscana
A school-tutor assignment supporting a Tuscany Region-funded vocational internship mobility in Heraklion, Greece.
The mobility
From March to April 2025, I returned to Heraklion as a school tutor for Take Off 2, a vocational-internship mobility financed by the Tuscany Region through the European Social Fund Plus. IAL Toscana worked with MD-Hellas as the local hosting organisation.
My role
I accompanied participants throughout the mobility, monitored their placements and wellbeing, coordinated with the local partner, and supported the practical and administrative work needed to keep the experience running smoothly.
The return to Heraklion built on my earlier experience in the city while remaining a distinct project with its own participants, funding framework, schedule, and learning objectives.
