Erasmus+ VET Mobility in Prague — IAL Toscana
A school-tutor assignment accompanying vocational students during Erasmus+ internships in Prague, Czechia.
The mobility
In May 2023, I accompanied vocational students to Prague for an Erasmus+ internship mobility organised with IAL Toscana. Eppas was the local hosting organisation and coordinated the placements and programme arrangements in Czechia.
My role
As school tutor, I supported participants as they adapted to a new city and workplace, monitored their internships, liaised with the host organisation, and helped the group manage the practical aspects of the stay.
The Prague assignment strengthened my ability to establish a reliable support structure quickly in a new national and organisational context while still giving participants the independence expected from a vocational placement abroad.
