Gateway — Youth of Szécsény
An international volunteering camp in rural Hungary, creating and delivering non-formal English activities for children and young people.
The project
Gateway brought an international volunteer group to rural Hungary from 30 July to 15 August 2020. The programme centred on education and community activity with local children and young people.
My contribution
I helped develop and deliver creative English workshops through non-formal learning methods. The experience combined preparation, facilitation, intercultural teamwork, and direct work with a local community.
